Microsoft redesigns Hotmail
Microsoft Corp. has redesigned its Hotmail free e-mail service. The company said its new interface should be easier to navigate and is available in English, French, German and Japanese.
The new look eliminates HTML frames and high-resolution graphics as part of an effort to shorten page loading times.
