Mio is gearing up to wow the crowds at the CeBIT trade show in Germany this week with their Moov V780 mobile Internet device with a number top-notch specs and supporting a long list of file formats.

The Moov V780 is already garnering praise for its smooth and sleek design, with its large HD color touchscreen display and multimedia viewing options. The only sore spots might be that the latest Mio gadget runs on Windows CE 6.0 OS and even uses Internet Explorer 6 for a browser.

But let's get right to what else we can expect from this MID:

  • 7-inch TFT LCD touchscreen (800 x 480 resolution)
  • 600MHz CPU
  • 512MB of memory
  • 4GB of flash storage space
  • Digital TV support
  • 720p HD video playback
  • HDMI output
  • 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi
  • WiMAX and 3.5G optional
  • Mini USB 2.0 port
  • 3.5mm headphone jack
  • Microphone jack
  • Supported file formats: Video: H.264, H.263, DivX, WM9, VC1, MOV and MPEG4; Audio: MP3, WMV, WMA and ACC; Photo: JPEG, PNG and GIF.

There's no mention of a price or release timeline yet, but that could change at CeBIT this week.
