But new technologies that promise to provide balance between all within the value chain--manufactures, operators, developers, enterprises, end-users, and platform providers--are starting to appear. According to Figueras, chief among these are those that offer dynamic device customization, which enables a mobile device device's look, feel, and functionality to be manipulated remotely.
