Motorola debuts 'sweat proof' S10-HD Bluetooth headphones; $79.99
Turning away from smartphones for just a second, Motorola is introducing the lightweight S10-HD Bluetooth headphones.
If you're wondering, the HD in the S10-HD name refers to high definition audio. But the real focus here is that this Motorola headset is intended for use during some serious exercise and sporting activities.
The 1.5-ounce headphones are fashioned in a wrap-around style with a water-resistant and "sweat proof" design thanks to the ear cushion interface and surrounding hydrophobic acoustic mesh as well as silicone seals protecting electrical components.
Sports enthusiasts can connect to audio sources via Bluetooth v2.1 or micro-USB, which is covered by a waterproof plug.
Motorola's S10-HD headphones will be available on October 24, specifically at Best Buy, with the MSRP of $79.99.
