Motorola sues Intel
According to US reports, Motorola is suing Intel accusing the rival chip maker of misappropriating trade secrets.
The suit was filed in Austin, Texas on Thursday. Motorola alleges Intel gained access to Motorola secrets by hiring chip architect Mark McDermott and 15 other Motorola employees.
Intel had no comment, claiming the company had not yet received the suit.
