MP: Internet 'too fast for legislation'

The rules of internet behaviour should be negotiated by online communities, while the police should work internationally to detect and pursue online criminals, according to Alun Michael, MP for Cardiff South and Penarth, who spoke to ZDNet UK at Infosec 2009 in London.
