Back in the frigid days of January, Netflix announced that Nintendo Wii owners would soon be able to stream content from the online rental giant on their shiny white consoles.

Now that's a reality as Netflix is already shipping out the live streaming discs to its members. Well, not to all subscribers...just "some."

According to the official Netflix blog, the company is actually still in the final stages prepping for the big launch. Right now, certain members who already signed up to reserve a disc will receive the discs soon, and they are asked to provide feedback, which Netflix will consider before the big go-ahead.

Interested Netflix subscribers who are also Wii owners should login to their accounts and reserve a disc now so you can get one when it all officially takes off. No official launch date has been given, but the streaming service is included with the subscription fees.
