The boss of US software house, Computer Associates (CA) is reportedly grinning from ear to ear.
Charles Wang, CA's chairman and chief executive stands to make around $550m (£335m) in a stock option bonus if his company's shares maintain their target price for two more days.
The payout scheme is believed to be one of the largest in the US.
