News Burst: Demon case threatens UK Internet

The Internet Service Providers Association (ISPA) today warned government ministers and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) that "ill-prepared legislation" in the controversial Demon defamation case could kill off any plans to make the UK a world leader in e-commerce.
