News Burst: RSA to Network Associates - See you in court (again)
RSA Data Security is seeking to prevent Network Associates from shipping software of the recently acquired Trusted Information Systems .
RSA, a californian subsidiary of Security Dynamics Technologies filed on May 13 in U.S. District Court in San Francisco a request for an injunction that would block shipment of the TIS software. A hearing is scheduled for June 18, and Network Associates is expected to respond in court papers within the next week.
