News Burst: Sun asks Java judge to unseal MS documents
On Tuesday, Sun asked a judge to unseal recent court documents in its suit against Microsoft.
The filing involves motions filed under seal two weeks ago asking a judge to require Microsoft to include Sun's version of Java in Windows 98. Sun is suing Microsoft, accusing it of illegally tampering with Java.
In March, a judge ordered Microsoft to stop using Sun's Java-compatible logo pending the outcome of the case.
