News Burst: Sun, Microsoft submit Special Master names
Counsel for Sun Microsystems and Microsoft Wednesday gave a judge their respective candidates to serve as Special Master to decide which documents should be unsealed in their ongoing Java battle.
The two candidates are both retired judges. It was unclear when the judge in the case would appoint one of them as Special Master.
