No Palm? No problem! How to have wireless fun on a CE device

Why should Palm owners have all the fun? If you own a handheld CE device like the iPaq, you'd probably like to play games on your diminutive digital companion as well.

To help you have fun, ZDNet CE Downloads has all kinds of games. Here are some of my favorite card-related games for CE players everywhere.

Mobile Pocket works like casino poker machines. Click the Deal button and you get dealt five cards. Hold 'em, ask for new ones, or fold 'em to see how you do.

SolPack is a collection of eight solitaire games, including Auld Lang Syne, Black Hole, Five Piles, Fourteen Out, Golf, Thirteens, Triangle, and Vertical. (Shareware/Win95-98-NT)

Mille Bornes is a classic card game in which you compete in a European car race. Not only can you race to the finish, but you can force your opponent to refuel, get into an accident, or have a tire blow out. (Shareware/Win95-98-NT)

Now CE owners no longer need be jealous of the card games played by Palm owners--they now have their own as well.
