A day after the Murdoch camp delivered the Open interactive TV experience, Intel and Nokia signed a deal Tuesday to provide integrated digital TV and Internet set-top boxes.
The Nokia-branded set-top boxes will allow users to watch TV and access the Internet simultaneously. So a viewer watching a football match will be able to check out football facts and statistics on the Internet via a split screen.
