NSA headed to court

Keeping up on a story followed here, the National Security Agency will argue the legality of its domestic surveillance.

CNET reports on the hearing this afternoon in Judge Anna Diggs Taylor's U.S. District Court. The American Civil Liberties Union will argue based on separation of powers while the Administration will argue that Congress granted President Bush virtually unlimited war powers.

Taylor is a Carter appointee who graduated from Yale Law School.
