The NT Government put out a tender in July last year, and just about every major technology company was interested. IBM, Hewlett-Packard, Fujitsu, Oracle, Dell, Cisco, Avaya, Telstra, Optus and even Apple had originally downloaded the tender documents from the NT Government's tender site.
