Only 6% of mobile phone users want a keyboard or pen input

Forrester surveyed mobile phone owners on the topic of device convergence and found that only select few were interested in adding PDA functionality to their cell phone. Only 6% of mobile phone owners say that a keyboard or pen input is important in their choice of phone, and only 10% say that personal information management applications matter.
