Contact center solutions provider OnState Communications has just announced OnState Unified Messaging for Skype.

This is a single-platform, subscription-based Skype messaging solution that integrates email; voicemail; business chat; and customer contact messaging and recording systems.

With a starting price as  low as $10/per month, the solution is being pitched as a business process facilitator and enabler for the SMB market.

  • Integrated Skype voicemail
  • Call recording
  • Online business chat logging
