Oracle's April quarterly patches still no where in sight

When Oracle released 36 patches in mid-April for their quarterly patching "schedule" which is small compared to Oracle's previous mega-updates.  The problem this time is that some of the patches weren't actually going to be released until weeks later on May 1st because they haven't been completely tested yet.

When Oracle released 36 patches in mid-April for their quarterly patching "schedule" which is small compared to Oracle's previous mega-updates.  The problem this time is that some of the patches weren't actually going to be released until weeks later on May 1st because they haven't been completely tested yet.  It's now more than a week past that delayed date and Oracle's customers are being told that they'll need to wait until May 15th.  If Oracle keeps this up, they might as well forget the quarterly cycle because they obviously can't get a patch on time even after three months.
