Panasonic has given a major overhaul to two of its most rugged notebooks. The Toughbook CF-T8 and Toughbook CF-52 have gotten some new Intel Core CPUs, extra storage space and more.

While both are design to take some tumbles, the CF-52 is ready for some serious action being backed in a magnesium alloy casing that has been drop- and spill-tested. This 15.4-inch Toughbook also comes in three possible configurations, including one that boasts a touchscreen and an adjustable, dual overhead keyboard light.

The CF-T8 should live up to that sturdy Toughbook name as well, but it's geared for the more business-minded consumer. Here's a closer look at both of these freshly-updated Toughbook laptops:

  • 802.11a/b/g/n Wi-Fi
