Integration helps companies build real-time relationships with customers via online communications

PeopleSoft eStore will integrate US-based Kana Communications online customer communications software products, enabling eBusinesses to build real-time relationships with customers via e-mail.

PeopleSoft eStore allows companies to market and sell products over the Internet.  PeopleSoft eStore integrates tightly with the PeopleSoft Supply Chain Management suite, providing customers with an end-to-end PeopleSoft eBusiness solution quickly and cost-effectively.
