Phil Wainewright, who founded ASPnews.com and now runs Loosely Coupled, a specialist website covering enterprise adoption of Web services and business process automation, has joined ZDNet's blogger network. Phil's blog covers 'software as services', which he has described as net-native, on-demand software managed by ISVs who own and operate the software themselves. Customers pay for the working functionality that the software provides.
