Ha! And so the great defenders of intellectual property fall. First it was Microsoft, with its splendidly misconceived Iconic Britain competition, and now it's 10 Downing Street itself.

According to The Open Sourcerer, the Number 10 website uses an identical directory structure etc to that of a theme licensed under Creative Commons - only without any attribution to the author, Anthony Baggett. Even better, the website may have cost the government a cool £100k, despite using someone else's theme on the open source WordPress platform.

Mwahahaha....
