President Bill Clinton will give his first Internet-only address to the nation Saturday morning at 10 a.m.

President Bill Clinton will give his first Internet-only address to the nation Saturday morning at 10 a.m. ET (7 a.m. PT) when he will unveil a series of e-government and e-commerce initiatives.
