RIM and Nokia hemorrhaging customers to Apple

Summary:Customers are so happy with their iPhone that 89% are planning to stick with with Apple.

According to a survey by UBS, handset makers RIM and Nokia are hemorrhaging customers to Apple.

According to UBS, the vast majority of those dumping Nokia and RIM and going to Apple (and, to a far lesser extent, Samsung and HTC), which has the best customer retention rate of any of the companies. Customers are so happy with their iPhone that 89% are planning to stick with with Apple.

Good news for Apple, not good news for other makers.
