According to Bloomberg, Research in Motion is suing Motorola, claiming that the latter phone-maker is blocking RIM from hiring recently dismissed Moto employees.

RIM, according to the report, says an agreement between the companies "not to solicit each other's employees" ran out in August, but suggests that Motorola is still blocking its sackees from joining RIM. This could all be a bit tit-for-tat, though - Moto sued RIM over a similar issue a few months ago.

I'd love to get hold of RIM and Moto to find out more about this, but given the time of year I don't think I'd have much luck. One to keep an eye on, though.
