SADA ups its Google mapping game with Premier partner status

Summary:New designation recognizes the California-based systems integrator's investment in technical expertise and resources for geospatial applications.

Less than one year after it expanded its Google mapping technology practice, SADA Systems has earned Premier Reseller status as a Google Enterprise Maps partner. The integrator already held this elite designation for Google Apps.

The new certification enables SADA to provide a series of comprehensive consulting, integration and support services related to Google Maps for Business. The platform lets companies create geographic information systems and geospatial applications that are unique to their organization. For example, maps could sit behind a company's dealer information database to help potential customers find places to buy products. Google Maps also could be useful for field services teams or just to help visualize a company's business intelligence, such as sales trends, along geographic dimensions.

As of mid-2013, SADA, based in North Hollywood, Calif., had migrated more than 4 million users to the Google cloud offerings. It is also a top-level partner for the various Microsoft cloud technologies; it was one of the developer's first traditional VARs to become part of the Microsoft Cloud Accelerate Partner program.
