In other Samsung Galaxy device news, the Galaxy S 4G smartphone is now available to purchase with a T-Mobile service contract.

The Galaxy S 4G was officially unveiled on February 1 after already popping up on a leaked release roadmap. As promised, the 4G-enabled handheld sports a 4-inch Super AMOLED display (WVGA resolution), 16GB of onboard storage and an HD camcorder. Sure, it only has Android 2.2, but at least you'll get a copy of Inception pre-loaded.

Samsung's latest Galaxy S series smartphone will cost $199.99 after an instant rebate and a $50 mail-in rebate, along with the signing of a two-year service agreement with T-Mobile. Fairly standard, but hopefully this little guy gets a deserved upgrade to Gingerbread sooner than the other Galaxy S phones did with Froyo (if even).
