SCO is failing

People on both sides need this precedent for guidance.

The headline is a direct quote from Ovum analyst Gary Barnett, following an earnings announcement in which SCO reported losses of $2.4 million, and revenue of $9.35 million, along with legal bills of $3 million for the quarter ending in in July.

It's sad, in a way. SCO now must fight to survive until its case against Linux is settled. Failing that would be a loss for everyone. People on both sides need this precedent for guidance.
