At CES 2007 in Las Vegas, ZDNet Executive Editor David Berlind peaks to Justin Dyster, President of Black Diamond, makers of the new rugged UMPC. Targeted for the military, the PC can sustain emperatures ranging from 32 to 122 degrees.
