Sites with highest customer satisfaction - Netflix, Amazon, QVC, Newegg

ForeSee Results asked online shoppers to evaluate the sites on price, selection of merchandise, and overall experience, which included look and feel, navigation, function, performance, and site capabilities. Netflix.com, Amazon.com, QVC.com, Newegg.com, and LLBean.com ranked the highest, and had conversion rates 36% higher than those retailers at the bottom of the list.
