PlayStation Plus subscribers will be getting a useful new perk tomorrow: cloud storage.

Set to drop on Thursday with software update v3.60 on PlayStation 3 consoles, PSN Plus users will be able to save and backup game data to a cloud. The limits are up to 150MB of game save data and a maximum of 1000 data files. Those allotments might not seem like much, but they're just game saves - not entire games themselves.

This should come in handy for those times you've saved games at home, but you'd like to pick up at the same spot perhaps when playing at a friend's house.
