Set to officially be announced at Mobile World Congress on February 13 at 6PM GMT/1PM EST, the details are slim. What can be identified so far about the first PlayStation-certified smartphone includes the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) OS, a 4-inch touch screen, a slide-out gamepad controller and the usual quartet of operating buttons at bottom center.
