SP2 delayed. Advantage Intel.

For the third time since Microsoft started announcing intended release dates, the much anticipated Service Pack 2 (SP2) for Windows XP has been delayed. The delay however isn't because Microsoft is reconsidering the inclusion of outbound blocking (as I have recommended)
