Staples sues hacker

Staples Inc. (Nasdaq: SPLS) has filed a lawsuit against an unnamed hacker who allegedly broke into the company's Web site last month and posted ads for Office Depot. The company filed a suit in federal court in Boston against "John Doe," whom the company believes lives in Massachusetts, the Boston Globe reported. -- Margaret Kane, ZDNN
