Semico believes the SIP market will segment between the different types of semiconductor devices that can use SIP. Semico forecasts that Performance SoC (System-on-a-Chip) will be the device type to consume the most SIP over the forecast period, reaching $1,457.6 mln by 2009, a 21.5% CAGR.
