Take your sound portable with IPEVO's Tubular Wireless Speaker

Its tubular design reproduces great highs and lows in a portable package
Written by Joel Evans, Contributor

If you enjoy taking your music with you, and would like to listen to the highs and lows without having to wear headphones, IPEVO's Tubular Wireless Speaker is worth taking a listen to.

As its name implies, the Tubular speaker actually looks like a tube. What's unique about it, though, is that you twist the tube to unlock stereo speakers. Once you unlock the speakers, you can pair them via Bluetooth to any bluetooth-enabled device and enjoy eight hours of playback on a full charge.

I mentioned that the speakers interlock in a tube-style. Once unlocked the bottoms feature an area that you wind the cord up around. You simply unwind the cords and plug one cord into the other speaker, and if you desire, the other speaker's cord goes into a USB slot for charging.

When I first used the speakers I was skeptical, since they looked to be more of a gimmic than an actual quality sound device. However, once I paired them and powered them up, I was amazed at the quality of the bass and the highs. I now use them as my primary speakers for my remote setup with my laptop, and even pair them to my iPhone when I'm gaming.

The IPEVO Tubular Wireless Speaker comes in either black or white and is currently selling for $79. They're definitely worth trying out for yourself--you won't be disappointed.
