Consumers, banks, discrete manufacturing and the government are expected to contribute the bulk of Thailand's overall IT expenditure in 2008, IDC figures show.

According to market figures, the consumer, banking and public sector sectors are poised to generate the bulk of the country's overall tech expenditure expected to total some US$4.4 billion this year.
