The NFL announced Tuesday that for the first time ever, football fans will be able to download video highlights of the SuperBowl exclusively through Apple's iTunes Store.

The NFL announced Tuesday that for the first time ever, football fans will be able to download video highlights of the SuperBowl exclusively through Apple's iTunes Store.
Highlights from Sunday's game will be available for purchase online the following day in English or Spanish for US$1.99 and will be viewable in iTunes or on video-capable iPods. A 90-minute video of the NFL's coverage of the Super Bowl will also be sold for US$1.99.
The NFL began their partnership with Apple in September 2006 when they began selling NFL GameDay video highlights (US$20/season or US$2/episode) and a Follow Your Team subscriptions (US$25/season or US$2/episode) from the iTunes Store.
