Top Windows and top Android tablet for under $100

A search for a good $100 tablet turned up not one but two from a major brand. One runs Windows 8.1 and the other Android.

There are so many tablets on the market that finding a good deal can be challenging. This is especially so for those on a tight budget, as inexpensive tablets are usually not the best quality. Looking around the web, I was surprised to find both a good Windows tablet and a decent Android tablet, both from HP, for less than $100 each.
