Change.gov, the Web site of the Obama administration’s transition team, is now available as a Web app optimized for the iPhone. To access it, navigate to this link from your iPhone.

There seems to be some confusion about the new Web App, however. Although the Apple Web site refers to it as an "iPhone app" it's really just a Web app – no dedicated app is available in Apple's App Store.

What's more, the Web app was created by Cerado, who also makes a Change.gov widget, after Change.gov opened its content with the Creative Commons license.
