Seattle Post-Intelligencer looks at the VentureOne and Ernst & Young report on venture investments and breaks the news of 16 Washington state startups getting $106 mln worth of funding in Q1 2005. This is a 56% decline compared to Q1 2004, when 23 companies got funded with $241 mln.
