Verizon ends all Microsoft Kin sales; remaining supply headed to unknown

Once the much-rumored and mysterious Project Pink, the Kin One and Kin Two featurephones were recently given the axe. And now, Verizon is so over it all that the wireless provider is pulling remaining inventory from shelves altogether.

What an unceremonious end for the Microsoft Kin. Once the much-rumored and mysterious Project Pink, the Kin One and Kin Two featurephones were recently given the axe. And now, Verizon is so over it all that the wireless provider is pulling remaining inventory from shelves altogether.

According to WMExperts, all of the remaining Kin supply was pulled on July 18. No one is quite sure as to where they are headed, although there are some theories circling already.

Perhaps they'll just end up in one of those millions of wooden crates in a warehouse like at the end of the first Indiana Jones movie never to be seen again...
