Video of HTC Touch HD appears, good reviews of HTC Touch Pro and Diamond

At the beginning of this week HTC announced three new Touch Windows Mobile devices. There is now a video of the HTC Touch HD up on YouTube, inserted below, that shows it in action in comparison to the Samsung OMNIA and iPhone 3G. As pointed out by Ryan Block on the latest episode of the GDGT podcast, the dimensions of the HTC Touch HD are EXACTLY the same as the iPhone 3G and this can't just be a coincidence.

I have to admit that the super high resolution 3.8 inch display (480x800), 3.5mm headset jack, 5 megapixel camera and power of Windows Mobile definitely makes the Touch HD a compelling device. I doubt we will see it in the U.S. in 2008 and as I wrote about and talked about before I am more of a hardware keyboard guy than a touch screen guy.

There are also now several reviews of the updated HTC Touch Diamond and new HTC Touch Pro and here are a couple of my favorite that you may enjoy reading while I work to get my Sprint Touch Diamond review up next week:

I have been saving up my mobile device funds and am seriously thinking about the US 3G version of the Touch Pro as a future device.
