Voice Europe 96: Novell shows voice response system

Novell is this week demonstrating a network-based voice response system at Voice Europe 96, further extending the reaches of NetWare.

The Telera Voice System is an interactive voice response platform that runs on Novell's NetWare Telephony Services software and uses Dialogic hardware.

Novell is displaying several applications among which are an automated Web-based callback program for customer service and electronic commerce.
