Welcome new Intelligent Energy editor David Worthington
With every passing day, the business of clean technology gets more exciting: BP-Transocean oil spills, plug-in hybrid vehicles, new generations of nuclear power plants, the solar race -- even bio-derived energy from algae.
With all that to cover, no person can do it alone. That's why we're proud to announce that David Worthington will join Melissa Mahony on SmartPlanet's Intelligent Energy blog.
You may have seen his byline before (including on this very site). Worthington is a seasoned technology journalist who comes to us from the SD Times, where he was a senior editor. He's been published in BetaNews, eWeek, PC World and Technologizer, and has been cited by The Atlantic, BBC, New York Times and Wall Street Journal, among others.
A Pennsylvania native, Worthington is based in New York City. He's a graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia.
On Intelligent Energy, David will be covering the ins and the outs of the burgeoning cleantech industry -- and most importantly, how it impacts you at home.
