The devil is in the details, according to the old saying. And perhaps the same can be said for the greatness of Mac OS X Snow Leopard. For example, the changing appearance of the Time Zone Map in the Date Time system prefs.

This interface detail was pointed out the other day in a post on Mac OS X Hints.  As winter comes on, snow starts working its way down from the pole. Then in as spring comes, parts of the planet move from brown to green.
