Now that Microsoft's Service Pack 2 for Windows XP is out and its shortcomings, taken in combination with the promise of the company's Trustworthy Computing Initiative, have revealed some gaps that need filling, there's still a sufficient amount of speculation that Microsoft may have an interest in acquiring one of the more accomplished security software outfits.
