Woz Way

Sitting here in the Norita Tokyo lounge with Woz, who's just run off to try and find the same CyberShot in black I picked up in Singapore. Simon Phipps took me to a digital mall with seven floors of shops. We triangulated the price -- around $777 Singapore (~450 US) and Simon said go for the black. When I showed it to Woz he went nuts. When I get back I'll post the first picture I took--of Woz, naturally. Before this trip I never understood why people like Robert Scoble react to Woz like he's the second coming of Dave Winer. Now I do. I'll post the Gillmor Gang East we recorded live this weekend, then it's on to Supernova and Gnomedex.

Woz just returned with his own Cybershot and 2 gig memory sticks. How foolish to think I could stay ahead of him for more than a few nanoseconds. It's the Woz Way.
