Youth to account for 30% of mobile subscribers and 25% of mobile revenues in 2008

According to In-Stat/MDR, the 18 to 24 cohort had nearly twice the affirmative response rate when questioned about interest in wireless entertainment services, such as wireless gaming. Looking at the services that had more potential business applications, we see less of a variance between the youth cohort and the larger market.

Looking at the services that had more potential business applications, we see less of a variance between the youth cohort and the larger market. The youth market will account for over 25% of wireless revenues and nearly 30% of subscribers by 2008.
